Digital Private Banking
In Asia, the wealthy demand a much more detailed level of control over their investments. Credit Suisse wanted a differentiated experience that would empower their 4000 Ultra High Net Worth clients to view detailed positions and take action, anytime day or night. I was lucky enough to be part of a very small team on site with the client in Singapore as the first step in establishing Huge’s first office in Asia. Over a month, we got a crash course high worth wealth management and created an iPad app with a new visual direction, distinct from the core Credit Suisse brand.
The overview—
Our target user was the validator, those with some financial expertise who like to find their own investment ideas before checking them with their Wealth Relationship Manager. This power user mentality meant the initial screen needed to clearly organize a broad range of information about accounts, performance, markets and buying power.
